Looks like it was very fruitfull year for you. I like idea of this photo journey. I'm also glad that you're strongly linked to TN in your activity. All pictures are great but two of them are just outstanding - Bee-eaters and Red Deer. Could be easily published in some magazine I think. I wish you many similiar shots in 2009!

Dear Joe,
You present here a visual treat....each of your work is much appreciated for its fineness and details.The Red Deer is one that i enjoyed watching, but missed out commenting, so i take this opportunity to do that. The mood is amazing and the tones just a delight to one's eyes.You really raised your bar with this one where absolute professionalism came through.

Hi Joe

A lovely composition to rap up the old year.
They were winners then (each and every one) and so they still are here as well.
Seems like the B&B phenomenon has its stranglehold well and truly clamped on you.
I.e. the "Birds & Bugs" virus – the same one that infected Anna as well (chuckle).

You are so lucky to have met all those Trek Nature photographers.
I have only met 2 TN members from abroad,one from England and one from Aussie.

impressing collection of great pictures showing a very rich harvest. My congratulations! That presentation is an invitation to look up its components in full size to rediscover some jewels missed before. What a wonderful charming and most fascinating moment - and captured so well - with that bee eater having caught a cabbage white, and now surrounded by a flock of hungry youngsters.
