A beautiful alert pose of this finch. The details in the entire bird are great. I like the OOF BG although there is a slight hint of noise visible. The catchlight brings the eye nicely alive.

Another fantastic little Chaffinch. I love the pose and the marvelous colors and details of the face, eye and feathers. He looks so cool and alert - all the birds here look hot and tired. The people do too! The colors in the background are just perfect to complete a superb composition.
