|Cupido minimus female.|
This is the last of my Small Blue postings from the foray a few days ago. This shows the brown upperside of the female, devoid of blue scaling and with slightly more rounded fore-wings.
The picture was hand-held in good sunlight, with a small amount of fill-in flash to help get the depth of field required from this angle.
Thanks for looking.

Always is difficult to see the lycaenidaes with open wings! ... good job! ... with excellent technique also... I was astonished to see that this picture was made with f/22 and still has an attractive background and a commendable level of contrast. Best of all: "the POV" ... is fantastic! congratulations!
Ciao Alan, beautiful female of Cupido minimus with open wings, excellent details, splendid light and colors, wonderful sharpness, very well done my friend, ciao Silvio

It's very good shot. The wings are exactly sharp, saturated colours. this species isn't known for me.
Buena semana: Josep Ignasi.
I love this small butterfly.

A very fine and natural shot of Cupido minimus female. I have seen some too the last days and it's always a pleasure to look at these fine and small creatures. Well presented with a decentred composition.
