Red Squirrel II
 |
|
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Another of the Red Squirrels taken during whilst living in or during my other stays in the Lake District.
The picture has been cropped slightly, and there is a little more noise in it than I would like. The colours have been warmed up slightly - this was a freezing cold day in December in the Lake District and the valley is very overshadowed by mountains at this point.
USM 1 radius 100% maybe too much for the scanned negative, it was a lower resolution scan than normal in this case. |

:o)beautiful moment
very nice
Nice shot. It is a cute little fellow.
The tree looks pretty cool to, and that may be the only little issue with the shot. It is about the squirrel and the tree is a bit distracting, but nothing major. It is still very nice.
Hi Emma
Very cute squirrel. Lovely rusty coloured coat. I find the image a bit busy with the twisted tree trunk and the out of focus branches in the background. There is too much for the eye to focus on. I have uploaede a workshop.
Very nice composition. I think Squirrel moved a little bit. But I like it vey much. Well done.
