so this little creature just making some effort to exist in the gloom sat all alone under the massive canopy of a chestnut tree

A well seen subject and creative composition. The mushroom contrasts well with the surroundings. However the noise in this shot seems quite high and is distracting. I think a run through NeatImage should improve it.

Belle composition créative, belles couleurs
well done to capture this considering how difficult it was and a flash would have spoilt the ambient light, you do need a tripod and slow shutter speed or high iso to suceed.
What a simple and effective composition! Very beautiful!
I really like the contrast between the little mushroom and its environment.
Also great POV, excellent DOF adn a very nice framing.

PS: the noise level was a bit bothering so i tried to remove it with the Workshop. Hope you don't mind :)
