[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This two year old barn owl was reared in captivity, its owners are trying to train it just now by ensuring that it is handled for several hours a day. A beautiful bird, which I have tried my best to capture here. But as a novice a bird photography I am not sure if I have done a good job.

1st, Welcome to TN!
2nd, i'm not expert but i would say that you did a pretty good job considering the circumstances that you are in a 'bird show'. With people around and things aroung, it would be hard to capture a clear and natural picture. In this case, did you try moving to the right a little so that the kid is out of frame? It very sharp and detailed which is very good. U can try to check out my gallery on some of the birds i took at a birdpark show too. It is always good to isolate the bird if the surroundings aren't natural.
