[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The UK has taken a bit of a battering this weekend, with storm force winds and big seas pounding nearly everywhere.
This was taken at about midday today at Man O' War bay, next door neighbour to Durdle Door. According to A1surf.com, there was a 17ft swell in the Bournemouth reef areas today, with more expected tonight. I will post some more shots of what exactly those waves are breaking on to make them explode into the air like that.

Slight tweaking in PS to adjust levels as i was having trouble exposing for the brightness of the spray and foam whilst in the shadow of a large cliff under changable skies!

Good fun to watch :o)

you got out there and got the stuff we missed..i see plymouth got a belting along with essex.
i can see how you may have got the timing here just right...since some cameras take a little while to fire fully..
strangely peaceful sky looking on in the background..
hope we miss this tonight as well
