This is very nice landscape.I like composition and also light and shadows on land.Very good point and amazing colours.Dark clouds organize nice atmosphere.Well done.
Beautiful you first post, welcome to TN.
i went to Skye in the summer, it is an amazing place and you've shown it here in all it's wild glory. Composition, light and DOF are magnificant. I am curious as to what filter you used?
tfs and welcome to TN,
Wish I could photograph there...
What a sight; good use of your wide angle lens..
Take care for darkness in corners (vignetting); seems to work well with Lee system though.
Have you been using a circular polarizer here? I have the same lens with B&W slim circular polarizer...
Can't wait to see more...
Welcome by the way...

Just read you note about Lee and HE filters and am glad to see a photo taken with it immediately. The Quality of the photo is superb. Such great exposure and depth. I can see what you mean about the quality difference in filters between Cokin and HE....I think I figured out a problem with a recent taken photo as well.....Cokin.
The view is amazingly beautiful.
What a great way to start your TN gallery! Welcome!
This is indeed a magnificent sight and the view from up there seems to be endless.
I really like the composition here!
Also great are all the colors and tones and the use of the filter was exceptional. Very nice sharp details throughout the entire frame and a very nice framing, too.
Great work! Looking forward to seeing more :)
Bravo and Thanks For Sharing

This is a very impressive image of rugged yet beautiful terrain from the Isle of Skye, Piotr. Your persistent quest paid off beautifully!
Welcome to TrekNature!
Your first post promises great things to come from your camera.
Hello Piotr, wonderful shot with great light which enhances the mood. I knew this was the Isle of Skye the moment I saw it. Just last night I had mentioned to my wife that I may spend a week there in Feb next year but because Febuary can be an extremely cold month especially in Scotland she is not to keen on the idea. Anyhow, great first post and welcome to TN.
Welcome to TN! What an outstanding scenery to to start with!! Excellent in all respects and so dramatic. I've always dreamt of going to the Isle of Sky and I love the folk music from there! You're a lucky man! I wish you many happy hours with your camera in Scotland!
TFS and best wishes, Ulla
This is beautiful Piotr. Welcome to TN. It is always nice to see another landscape photographer here. The clarity in this shot is remarkable. You used a 2 stop GND? What does the "HE"signify? I have a few more expwnsive filters but because I seem to have a bad habit of dropping them!! I make myself use a cheaper one. Your Lee does seem to be truly neutral.
