Excellent shot. Very sharp details and lovely colors. The background is perfect and makes this almost like a painting. The berry in the beak of the bird is a bonus. Well done & TFS!

Beautiful picture of a bird I see for the first time. The colors are nice and the neutral background puts the subject in evidence. I like the diagonal composition and the berries really make a difference. In short, it is very good and I like.

Wow Clint,
the fieldfare has a high rank on my 'want-to-take-a-picute-of' list. But after having seen your image I wonder why bother. I find this picture really stunning: sharp with beautiful background colours and a great pose. For me it worth more than just a compliment.

Another impacting image Clint for the sharpness and fundamentally for the composition.

I like it a lot: composition, POV, colors, background, DOF, focus, sharpness, lighting, framing, timing, PP and notes.

I don't like it: nothing to grumble.

I believe that it deserved the 40 shots to be able to show us so beautiful presentation.

Hello Clint,
This is of course a fine capture of the Fieldfare taken at just he right moment.
Though this is obviously a shot taken in the wild, your manipulation of the BG and the centered lighting tends to make this look like a shot taken in the studio.
But that may be a matter of opinion.

This is a good picture. I like it very much. The bird is feeding, so there is action in the picture, the pose and the composition is perfect, the light is perfect, as well as the focus and DOF, and the BG is also perfect. Very well done.

What a splendid capture and what a great timing! :)
The pose that this lovely fieldfare gave you here is most charming and the POV from where the picture was taken is excellent.
Also the details are impeccably sharp, the colors are lovely and well saturated and the lighting is great.

The bird has beautiful markings, that are being shown in sharp details and good exposure. The colors are wonderful. Those red berries really stand out and anchor the shot.

Great shot.. nice washed out background.. though i think a light green or some other brighter coloured background may have made the picture even more beautiful. Anyways,.. good work
