This looks like a variety of Bougainvilia that has managed to establish itself in the desert! Nice colours and composition against the sand.

A wonderful and interesting flower from Bahrain desert. I agree with Ivan on id. In Cyprus we use the "Camila" name for this flower. Excellent close-up from wonderful POV with neat details and fine composition.
