Hello Christodoulos,
A superb capture of a Chukar.
IMHO the lower part of the rock could have been cropped away to improve the composition and make it less square, but the quality of this image is great in every way and the pose is superb and taken from a great POV.
Thanks and kind regards,

This chukar looks like its enjoying being photographed! Beautifully captured! regards Yiannis

Very beautiful bird, pleasing blurred background, light and soft colour, well chosen composition.

Christodoule, hello again.
Great portrait of the Partridge Island (chukar). I think hear that song.
Let me, however, point out some differences that still has the orini (graeca). The bridle which formed the base of the beak of the Partridge mountain, in the absence of Partridge Island. The collar on graeca passes over the eye while the eye of the chukar surrounded by the collar. The white crown surrounding the mountain partridge front, while the island partridge stops in front of the eye.
The wings ear Graeca country is gray and chukar are the brown. The side lines are 12-13 in the graeca. while the Partridge Island is 8-10.
I hope not tired
Filika, Giorgos
