I bet many of you (even those living in Iran) dont have an idea what Pistachio is like on the tree and before its served on the table.
This tree growns on salty dry lands ... Kerman, Khorasan & Samnan Provinces produce almost all of the Pistachio in the country.(Iran is the biggest producer of Pistachio I suppose)
