Very nice photo. I think this is a male Blue-fronted Robin, cinclidium frontale. Beautiful natural colours. Good blurred BG and a fine composition with a lot of space around the bird.

Just a couple of notes. No Cinclidium ranges in Iran. Morphologically, you can suss out Cinclidium by looking at the bill - the Cinclidium bills are weaker, shorter, mostly conical in cross section - here even with this bad angle we can see it is more flattened terminally. We can also see that the tarsi are simply too thick here for Cinclidium.
In this location you have to consider Monticola, and Myophonus. This is not Myophonus. This is a first-year (persistence of whitish spotting on coverts), male, Monticola solitarius longirostris.
