For the second time in row I made a big mistake. I'm really sorry and thanks to the people who corrected me!
The caretaker did not know what the knot on the bird's neck is. He just said the the veterinary has said that it's not dangerous. Hah!

i think is a more a Gyps fulvus (Griffon Vulture) than a Aegypius monachus (black vulture).
and yes a young bird i think
but also is possible to be another asian species, i know only european species
