In my opinion-
Here I can see two types of cloud formatted in two different layer. If we notice heap flat basis cloud (which has occupied most of the blue sky), we can easily realise that this is "Cumulus" and fibres or threadlike cloud(middle portion) which is floating upper layer of CUMULUS cloud, is looked like "Cirrus" cloud.
"Cumulus", middle layer cloud which forms vertically, and here although we have no choice to see much in the sky, but we can easily notice the formation. "Cirrus" is a high level cloud and here we can notice it how it formed above 'Cumulus'.
Well captured its formation. Omid, I would like to clone electric wires out.
