[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the early flowers to bloom here before the winter rains arrive. As with all late summer bloomers ,the leaves will emerge after the first rains. This rather shy plant is not uncommon in shady, rocky locations of the north of Israel. It is found from Turkey thru Syria and Lebanon to Israel.

Ori has pointed out that this species is now called Vagaria parviflora.

The flowers are about 3 cm in diameter. The WS shows the full plant and the buds.

Hello Ishi,
These late blooming flowers are simply gorgeous with their uniquely shaped pearly white petals. Excellent exposure and composed in an attractive manner.
Ron

Hello Ishi,
A beauty of flowers. Very nice details and colors.
Marius.

Hello Ishi,
Excellent exposure on such white petals. Against reddish BG looks nice. Left side flower looks bit softer than others. Like its POV. I like think if you could captured it from bit far, you could get well focus on all flowers, IMHO.
Thanks forcsharing, and thanks Ori for perfect identification,
Regards and have a nice Week,
Srikumar

Ishi, again that mix of your photographic wisdom, compositional balance, great sharpness and delicate exposure on your beautiful flowers. He also knew the choice of that lovely brown background that allows them to contrast with subtlety these botanical wonders. Great work, my friend!
