|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Iris grant-duffii, the Swamp Iris, has become extremely rare in Israel due to loss of habitat. It thrives in wet or swampy areas that all but gone here. This one is from a small population in Valley of Jezrael, about 20 km east of Haifa. The flowers are quite large, about 80 mm in diameter, seen here amongst the typical leaves, covered by morning dew, and lit by the early morning sun|

Beautiful composition and excellent image, I love this for its lines too. tfs.
Intéressante publication mais il me semble que l'opposition avec l'arrière plan n'est pas suffisante pour bien valoriser le sujet.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
