|Rhamnus punctacta (Rhamnaceae) is a common small evergreen tree of the moist Horesh (Maquis) in our Mediterranean regions. The species’ name comes from the punctate ripe colorful fruit (about 3 mm in diameter) seen here. A green fruit can also be seen on the left. Also seen is one of the many thorns of the tree.|

A lovely macro showing these beautiful and interesting small berries captured in beautiful light. Excellent sharpness too and well framed. They remind me a bit of Gooseberries although I expect they're smaller.
TFS and best wishes, Ulla
what a nice presentation from this plant.
good details, pov and fine colours.
Sous un éclairage difficile les sujets sont tout de même bien mis en valeur par l'appréciation de la fineese de leurs détails et de la délicatesse de leurs couleurs.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
