Hello Ori,
Thanks for visiting my gallery....
Excellent details and colors. This kind of plant (I mean not this specie but related to this) groves in my region too, on the fields, and it is a source of food for many butterfly specie. I like the contrast against the rocky soil.

Here we have similars "cardos", but to me is very difficult to see the difference between them.
