This fox remaining is not that old I guess, given the skin is still intact? Might have got extinct in the near past? Look at that canine tooth! Do you have any more details on this species? TFS!

That's gruesome!!! And yet so cool!
I'm jealous of your find. A perfectly mummified fox. The same thing happens to animals in Chile's northern deserts when they die. I've only found birds and rats, and your fox is certainly amazing.

Nice strange photo, but background color is very similar to object color, so that it hide some border details.
