You see a "Carabus problematicus": a species of beetle endemic in Europe. Those are ground Beetles (Carabidae) that are quick, long-legged predators, equipped with powerful jaws. They measure about 20-30mm in length.

Hello Ahmet,
This is a beautiful blue-colored beetle, but I don't know the name either. Would be nice to know more about it.
Nice natural shot.
Kind regards
Anne

Hello Ahmet,
I can see why you chose to photograph this particular species of beetle, it is very pretty with it's slightly metallic blue color. Great job on focus as every tiny bit of detail is easily seen. At this time I can't help with the ID, but would love to know also. While in Israel a few months ago I photographed a few black beetles, but none were as colorful as yours. TFS.
