It looks like a Devonien species.
i think the composition in this way is not the best possible, maybe a vertical one could be a better solution to appreciate more the characteristics of your subject.Furthermore the image is not sharp.As regards the ID i can't be helpful to you, but i think here there are experts able to do so.I would try a WS, hoping you don't regret it.
