Hi Ridvan,

Beautiful shot of this Acrididae on the matching branch. Is that bamboo? Nice colors and details. It stands out very well from the background.

Jane

Wow! That is amazing! How did you even see it? It looks just like part of the plant! Great capture, Ridvan!

Merhaba Rıdvan,
Bu tuhaf yaratığı buralarda da gördüğümü sanıyorum. Ama bu kadar yakından ve bu kadar net hiç görmemiştim. Çok başarılı bir çalışma. Tebrik ederim.

What an amazing beast. With those back legs, he looks like he could do some sizeable jumping. Nice sharp focused image with a perfect background.

Well done,
Reid

Salam Aleykum, Ridvan.
I used to play with this specimen when a boy and I lived in Goa, India.
Thanks for bringing back old memories.
Love the colours.
These fellows have a great "camouflage" mechanism.

Hallo Ridvan,

This is a very good capture of an interesting insect. I've been looking at your picture for some time now and still have difficulties finding the insect's head. Actually it is difficult tell it is an insect because it looks so much alike a stick. Very good camouflage! I like the way you composed the shot by following the rule of thirds. The colors look bright and natural. Well done! TFS!

With Friendly Regards,
Eddie

hello Ridvan,
You pick a good location to show this guy's ability to merge with the surroundings!
Excellent details, subject is well framed!

Hello Ridvan,
Wow, I wold never have noticed this one! Amazing camouflaged insect very well captured.
Sharp details, natural colours and an excellent composition.
TFS and regards, Ulla

Hello Ridvan, this is such an unusual grasshopper for me. I've never seen one like it. The way you filled the frame with this shot works very well. I might have cropped a little more off the bottom even, but still very good. Your lighting is excellent. It would be easy to blow the highlights on this one, but you've maintained excellent exposure. The resulting colour and detail on this guy is excellent. Very nicely done.

Thanks, John

Very cool little creature!!!
It's wonderfully clear and fascinating. :)

Excellent shot with a perfect achievement. Well captured, thank you.
Best wishes,
Achim
