Now I understand how challenging it can be to get a shell properly photographed, Mehmet. You have to rig up lights in such a way that you capture the shell in its true colours.
This is a very well done image. The amazingly rich colours are all there to admire.

Technically superb capture of a haliotid shell, or abalone as some people call them. You have caught the iridescent colours of the mother of pearl in a superb way. I guess this is a Pacific species?

Deniz kabukları gibi farklı ve özellikle ülkemiz için sıradışı sayılabilecek konudaki çalışmalarınızı ilgiyle takip ediyorum. Aslen deniz kabukları her zaman ilgimi çekmiştir ve bu konu ile ilgilenmek istememe rağmen maalesef Karadeniz sahillerinde fazla çeşit olmamasınında etkisiyle ilgimi ilerletecek adımları atamadım diyebilirim. Yine de deniz kabuklarını tanımlayan bir kitap almak niyetini taşımaktayım. Fotoğraflamış olduğunuz türün zümrüt benzeri tonları sedef dokusuyla birlikte enfes bir görüntü oluşturuyor. Bu başarılı sunum ve bilgiler için teşekkürler.
