I am amazed to see a photo of Gemile Island (one of my favorite places) in TN :o) You managed to capture its beauty with a very good POV. Excellent colors and composition. TFS

Hi Steve,
First I thought you posted a photo of your last vacation, but then noticed it was taken last year. The composition is perfect, with the wall leading me into the scenery toward the point of the island and then onward to the mountians. Great control over the exposure considering it is taken at mid day. I realy like the fresh green colors of the new leafs on the right had foilage. Great colors on all elements of the photo. Maybe the crop on the right could be a tad more inward, but that is nit picking

The colours are very different from your wonderful Irish scenes Stephen. This looks so warm and sunny, and the colours are so inviting. The ruins of the buildings are interesting to see too. Well done,

I think the color/contrast is outstanding and this spot was the perfect place to get the shot. Sharp FG detail and an inviting composition :)

This is a wonderful shot. It's well composed with great details. What a wonderful blue sea! But the fact that this was taken last year explains why it doesn't have your signature style (10mm, crowded with details).

Hi Stephen.
First I'm sorry because I'm going to demolish your systematic lined up points :) But I have to do it.
This place is in my country, thus I won't praise it, it will be conceitedness :).
But certainly I can.. no I have to say that you captured this panaroma very well. Your POV and managing of the light fantastic. Very well done it. Bravo and TFS. Besides thanks again for this posting from my country.

A lovely composition, with this ancient structure to take me into the scenery!
I like the vegetation and the way the trees contrast the ground...
