On the Cabot Trail one finds many wild flowers. I don't really know what this one is but it caught my attention nonetheless.

Hi Yves,
I love how the blooms take up the entire photo! And what beautiful blooms they are. The petals almost look like they'er made out of raffia paper that in the US we smetimes unroll & make Christmas bows with. Could it be that the maker of raffia paper got the idea from this flower?
