|There are quite a few deer near where I live, and a walk or drive near sunset time almost always promises a deer sighting. It is really a treat to get to see them up close like these ones were, so I can attempt to at least get some half-decent shots.|
This curious doe paid casual attention to me, parked across the road, while the herd grazed on grass. With hunting season fast approaching, I find the deer get more and more skittish which of course makes it all the more difficult to get any pics of them.
This was my first outing with the D50 and I have been pleased with its performance in low light. (This shot was taken at ISO 400).
