Canada is really blessed with a phenomenal number of lakes and rivers. Here from the top of Maple Mountain we can see at least 4 lakes.
The 3 hour hike up the mountain begins at Tupper Lake in the foreground. Tupper Lake is reachable via Hobbart Lake which in turn is accessible via Sucker Gut Lake. Lots of paddling and hiking.. a day's affair to get there and back. |
