The Saker Falcon in-flight
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Hello friends, the Saker Falcon in-flight,|
photo taken during the same falconry
demonstration as my previous photos.
It is not an extraordinary photo, it is from far,
but for me it is the 79th species of bird
that I am photographing in-flight.
1/1250s f/7.1 ISO1600 85mm (35mm eq:127mm).
« The saker falcon (Falco cherrug) is a large species of falcon.
This species breeds from eastern Europe eastwards across Asia
to Manchuria. It is mainly migratory except in the southernmost
parts of its range, wintering in Ethiopia, the Arabian peninsula,
northern Pakistan and western China. »

Excellent sharp focus on the Saker Falcon. Fine details despite the distance. Good exposure. Beautiful colours and environment.
