[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The arctic wolves were the highlight of this trip, they are such beautiful animals. This was shot 1 hour before sunset, the lighting was amazing. Shot at Omega Parc, 5 minutes from Montebello in Quebec, which is a 1500 acre enclosure, but all very wild and natural. The park is open all year 10 am. Closing times vary with the seasons. Note that this is a drive through park and you must stay in your vehicle at all times, however, Diane Skinner has arrangements to take photographers through, in at sunrise out at sunset, and you will be allowed out of your vehicle to shoot. Very good photograph where wolf's good expression was taken!
I like color tone and sharpness as well as this composition and scale arranging in the entire image. And, the snow on the ground draws out good effect, I think.
