Wow...beautiful shot Arjuna. I know how difficult this would have been because I have tried to get a shot of these cuties but failed miserably. The best shots I have is no way near this.

Great shot Luc, excellent capture. I like the POV. His little legs make me laugh, they look redundant. Excellent work and a very good note. Thanks.

Luc, Great in-flight! I've tried a few of these myself without telephoto with limted success. This has great POV with good detail. Informative notes & well done!

Well captured!! The detail on the bird is sharp, and I like the eye.
Well done and thanks for posting
These little flying wonders are always a treat to behold. Love the pose you captured here, a stunning shot. I still have to see a shot of a hummer with frozen wings!

Beautiful shot of this lovely bird hovering, exceptional detail to the body.Excellent work.
Great capture of this swift little chapper, it must have been almost like catching a hawker on the wing ;-) Blurred wings at 1/1000 just go to show *how* swift they are. One small nit would be the overexposed bit on the throat, I tried a WS. Hope you like it ;-)

tres beau shoot.
This is a fantastic capture Luc - perfect freezing of movement. Great colours too. Try to copy some of the sky in front of the bird making a little more space in front - about twice the space behind making the bird fly into the frame instead of out of it. Otherwise it is a perfect capture.

Great hummingbird shot. I know how difficult these are to phorograph, you did great.

hmm Luc, this to me says male Ruby throat. not female.. even tho some females have a slightly darker throat than the normal beige, its the green on the sides of the belly that says male . Also a female has white tips on the underside of the tail also rounded tail feathers male has pointed this dose not..
Tho an excellent capture by anymeans.. one I'm yet to capture in flight.. well done :)Thanks for sharing :)
