Great shot Alain, it's just like how you'd expect to see these critter, in a busy area of the forest. Perfectly done and well exposed, very sharp.Again, the subject is the main attraction in the picture. TFS

Bonjour Alain,
Fantastic shot with great sharpness, many details, beautiful lights and DOF. You're lucky to have a friend doing such home-made lens. :) A photo to be proud of. Bravo.
Best regards from Hungary (Europe), László

Hello Alain,

What a sharpness with these lens, the squirrel with both hands or legs working to the food.
Nice the blurred background.
Very well done, TFS.

Nice weekend,
John

Hello Alain,
you have captured a very cute animal in a fine way,
It's very close for a 400mm, so the home-made lens works well.
The picture is sharp with fine detials.
I like the low POV and the light.
Well done.

/Gert

Hi Alain , lovely image of this Chipmunk , good detail, color , exposure and composition with a great natural pose. the image also shows off the D-300's great image at high ISO , quite clean for a 1600 sensitivity... a home made lens you say ? , that is really something :-)

thanks for sharing
