About the image:
Shot with some legendary Kodachrome 64 film using my old Nikon FM2 camera and a very old (borrowed) Nikkor 600mm f5.6 lens, the owl was photographed in the slightly pink glow of late afternoon light near the Canadian Space Agency building in St-Hubert, Qc.
