Nice shot! According to the note this is a white flower, but it looks very yellow here - I'm guessing this was taken indoors? If so, next time try setting your white balance to Tungsten - I think that should result in a more natural looking colour. It's fixable now though, I've posted a Workshop for you, see what you think!
As to what it is, I have a feeling it's an orchid - most likely a Phalaenopsis of some kind, although it's hard to say for certain without seeing more of the plant itself.
A good idea for a photograph, I was thinking about posting something similar to TrekLens today!
