Life Is Precious
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Hello friends, since I am TN member every|
autumn or almost I am out from TN at
that time of the year, here I am again !
In the last weeks for 12 days I was hospitalized
and during that time operated, it is in a hospital bed
that I realized how precious the life was and we had
to make the most of doing activities we love.
Life Is Precious and for that title I have
choose this photo from my archives.
In this photo it is the chick of the American Woodcock,
photo done in a American Woodcock chicks
banding activity, it is a 8 days old woodcock chick,
the bander is my friend, and with measuring the
beck and doing calculation he can know what old
(in days) is the woodcock chick.

How nice it is to see a post from you once more. Hope you are feeling much better since your operation and pray you will soon be back to full health.
You have chosen a wonderful shot of this cute little woodcock for your come back post. A beautiful chick who is still obtaining it's adult feathers. The earth toned plumage makes it perfectly camouflaged and the eye contact you managed to capture is great. The exposure is great and I like the tad bit of catchlight in it's eye.
Ciao Asbed, welcome back, I hope life is good for you after operation, great capture of cute creature, good clarity, splendid light and wonderful colors, very well done my friend, ciao Silvio
