Hello Rick,
Very special photo of this family. Great scene with mother and children in the best poses. It looks like they think: Are we become so ugly?
Excellent sharpness and beautiful warm colours. Fantastic timing and composition.

Peter

Hallo Rick
You photographed a wonderful moment here. Sharp details, great point of view and composition. Very touching scene. A great 'learning' shot directly from out of nature which is well documented. The note touched my heart. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Dearest friend
Thanks so much for gracing my theme "juveniles" with your work.
The poor animal is totally out of condition, and it is amazing, the calves are still alive...
At present I can't access my literature and have to bother you, whether Moose live in herds or only in family units?
Do Canadian Authorities adhere to the rule of survival of the fittest, or will they rescue the calves, when the mother dies?
I am so grateful to you for sharing your work, it opens a discussion about the best method of keeping animals in the wild: interference or not?
Thanks again,
Take care,
Best wishes
Ingrid

Hi Rick,
Oh, the little ones are so cute. I have never seen one, not enven on photo of the baby moose. Going to Alaska next month, hope to see lots of wild animals.
This is a beuatiful and lovely shot of the family. The misty condition adds to the atmosphere and mood of the image.
Thanks. Hope all is well.
