[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I don't know what to think of this image; comments are welcome. I like the colour combination and that the leaf is shaped as a mouth (from afar it looks like a PacMan about to eat spinach).
Used my Canon underwater camera for this shot. Pointed it skyward while holding it beneath a lily pad. The sun illuminated the leaf nicely. The green is actually the tops of trees across the lake which turned out quite well considering their distance and the fact I was shooting through water.
This shot was difficult in that I was snorkelling without a weight belt, so I couldn't stay submerged for more than a few seconds.
Location: Fuller Lake on Vancouver Island, near Chemainus. Camera: Canon Powershot A85 in Canon underwater housing.
