[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
Its Latin name is capreolus. It is small compared to the other deer tribe, measuring only 60 to 80 Cm with the garrot. Its maximum length is of 1m25 and its weight varies from 20 to 25 kg. It is to be noticed that the female is increasingly lighter 2-3 kg compared to the alive brocart (in english?) in the same area.

Bienvenue Pascal!

A beautiful portrait. You have done well for first posting. Great detail, and color.
I agree with Pieter (sAner) about the ears, I have done this too many times myself.
Thank you for sharing it with us, and welcome to TN, Pascal.

A very nice portrait on this deer. The color and detail are excellent. I like the tight crop very much. Nice Work!

Wow! This is a very good close up, even the whiskers around the nose are sharp. Good depth of field, and a great composition.

Nice head-shot, just perhaps a bit tight in the cropping. I would be tempted to use a little of the dodge tool to bring out a little light in his eye. TFS! -Jenn

Lovely portrait - pity on the ear being cut out, but that is a minor issue to me. TFS. Tim
