This Elk was feeding in a meadow along Trans-Canada 1
in Yoho National Park. He appeared to be enjoying his lunch even though a crowd had formed to view and photograph him.

Hello Richard
Welcome to TrekNature!
A good capture of this large Elk grazing. Nice colours and composition. The only thing that make this nicer is if the Elk has his head up. His face is a bit hidden. Still a nice image.

Hi Richard!

A warm welcome to TN, Vincent.
This elk is presenting you with his pride and joy: a gorgeous set of antlers. A very sharp image with excellent exposure and light. A tranquil scene in a clearing in the woods.
TFS. : )

Hello Richard,
Well composed and good sharpness.

Hello Richard,
This isa fine capture of the elk, you catch him in a good typical pose!
The good light makes the animal stand out well on the fir trees...
Well composed image, good natural colours and fine details!
