|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Image was taken with my micro lens at end of the day at Rouge Valley. I was tired from standing all day but I still wanted to capture images, so I decided it was a good time to set, rest and pull that lens out of my bag.|
"Thistle is the common name of a polyphyletic group of flowering plants characterised by leaves with sharp spines or prickles on the margins, mostly in the plant family Asteraceae. Their prickles often occur all over the plant, including on the stem and flat parts of the leaf. These are an adaptation to protect the plant against herbivorous animals, discouraging them from feeding on the plant."

The flower head really pops with the background. Nicely done.
Good framing Elton using that diagonal. Enough relief to keep the thistle distinctin the greens and the purple head stands out well. Best, Brat.
Yup! That's it OK...I have a bundle of it next to my place. Nice closeup...Histogram must have been near perfect. What else could one expect from a buy who worked in +-1/4 degree for color work (smile).
beautiful colors, great clearness,
Beautiful result, cheer.
