I really love this! There are so many contrasting elements from the drops of dew to the texture of the leaves (I can almost hear them crinkle), to the changing colors as the leaves die for the year. Nice framing, great contrasts, and for some reason, I just love the composition. Excellent job, here.

Cool! It may not be the first time rain has enhanced an already good picture, but it is among the best times. That doggone little camera of yours done so fine. Just think that you could have spent thousands and had the same thing:-). Of course some who do spend a lot on lens, get the bang for tech buck and some really need it as in some of the African shots I have been seeing lately...
For what your doing, this is grand!

Morning light is the best IMO, and it's effect here adds a great dynamic to the capture :)

c'est tout simplement une composition artistique
avec ses goutelletes d'eau sur la feuille morte
dont j'aimes sa couleur qui se distingue
des autres couleurs du background

comme j'avais écris dans mon critiques précédent
(ta dernière photo du mésange) et comme le dit Bob,
bravo car tu nous présente des photos avec ton slr-like
digne de photo de caméra reflexes, TFS

J'aime beaucoup cette photo, excellent POV,la lumière à travers les gouttes d'eau est très belle , le cadre me heurte un peu, il me semble qu'il enlève un peu de richesse à la photo.

Hi Claude,
iconic image of autumn, looks pretty in its precision, well handled light, very appealing deep colours.
The postwork application of a broad semitransparent border looks a bit artificial and intrusive to me
- I personally would prefer to concentrate 100 percent of attention on nature and its matter-of-fact image.
To me it is more precious just as it is.
