Goin' Down the Road
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Egrets are one of my favourite subjects to photograph and the 'all white' poses challenges for exposure. I know they are common around most of the world, but for us up here in the frozen north, they are very rare, with only one documented case of nesting Egrets. As a result, I was looking forward to our hot spot vacation this year to Puerto Vallarta where Egrets are fairly common.|
This is an almost a full frame image, with just slight cropping. F7.0, 1/1600, and just 200mm. Lots of fun. Trouble is the crocodiles like to try and sneak up on you if you sit too long in one place. An unusual experience for me. Elk are one thing, being eaten by a croc is not on my life list currently.

Very nice Egretta alba photo. It would be better you put more space at the top and right side. Best wishes.
Great camera work to get such a superb shot..the egret it tight and sharp from wing to wing tip and all points inbetween!
Top work and best regards
