|I loved the frosty layers in this scene, and decided that it would make an interesting shot. This is the original image other than cropping out the sky, resizing, resharpening and border. Hope you like it!|

Hello Ti Ke,
wonderful perspective and colours.
Health, Peace and Joy
I like the different layers; could be called the compo.
And the play of light.

Hi Tina and Merry Christmas!
This is a splendid close-up of a side of nature that usually gets forgot.
You keen eyes managed to capture some exceptional texture here that, together with the light, create such a lovely 3D scene.
Spot-on with with the exposure management and excellent depth in the frame.
Wonderful and very original!
I hope you had a great Christmas together with your loved ones and i wish you only the best for the next year!
Cheers and TFS
We finally got some cold temps as well, but its too dry to get good frost. So I envy you for having the right conditions and creating such a great photo. I especially love the light on top of the grasses and how the warmed up the cold scenery. The touch of fall color on the back is very interesting.

Very chilly shot. The tall grasses are making some interesting patterns and contrast nicely against the scrub and small trees.
I can see some nice red and yello trees in the BG, it might have been nice to see a bit more of these.

Great idea to crop out the sky as it draws attention to the lovely shapes and gentle colouration of the plants. I love the frost covered textures and the lovely light
