Hello! Happy Holydays to everyone, I posted this picture as part of the renwal spirit that comes along with this season as the new year gets closer and closer. This is a chick of Canada Goose (Branta Canadensis) the species is extremely common in Canada, and some people even consider it a pest, but how can you consider a pest something that looks like that?.

Simon

Hola!

Hi Simon. A cute little thing its a shame it needs to grow up. You have used the bright light to give rich colours with good detail. well done TFS.
Nick..

Nicely done, Simon.
Very good depth of field and an extraordinary point of view. Beautiful natural light, generating these lovely yellows...
I also like the transparency in the shallow water.

Hi Simon
Definitely cute shot of the day! The kind of people that consider creatures like this a pest are generally pests themselves. An excellent compostion, well lit with fine detail of all that fluffy down!
Kind Regards
Vinny

Hallo Simon
What a very sweet moment you have captured. The details on this little one are perfect, not to mention the great, almost golden colour of the fine yellow plumage. Magnificent capture of this chick. Well seen, framed and composed. Exposure is spot on, details are crisp clear. An artistic piece of work which I like a lot.
Best regards
Anna
