Well done, Eugene.
Lovely bright light throughout the image.
Very good shadows and highlights; technically well done.

Hi Eugenne
This is rich light all the way.Must have had a good time managing it...the pecker is well picked up with excellent details and sharpness. The dry leaves I feel does dominate the bird in the frame a but-just my personal opinion. The bird anyway is very well captured, may be some crop could work.
Thanks a lot for sharing this beauty.

hello Eugene

My 1st visit to your gallery but I find this woodpecker shot is nicely highlighted from the wood trunk and dried leaves because of the bright light coming down, which really adds so much effectiveness to this composition. A superb choice of POV with BG blur bokeh.
