Hi Jeanpaul,

I have seen this Red-winged Blackbird only once in Arizona. He must have lost his way. A beautiful bird captured perfectly with wonderful black, red and yellow feathers. The details are so fine that the eye shines surrounded by the black feathers. A lovely pose on the branches of the bare tree.

Bonjour Jean-Paul !
Qu'il est beau, cet oiseau ! J'adore son plumage noir de jais, avec juste ces "épaulettes" rouge et jaune, c'est un contraste magnifique. C'est aussi un oiseau très élégant, et capturé avec beaucoup de talent. Jolis détails, belles couleurs naturelles, excellent composition. Félicitations !

A nice capture of this rather sharp beaked Red-winged Blackbird. I do like the natural
surroundings and although the BG is somewhat busy, with all the branches and twigs,
it is not distracting at all. The little catchlight in the eye brings life to the image.
