Wally , this must be one of the finest images of the Honey-creeper I have ever seen! Well done indeed. Every element of that frame is outstanding in my opinion. From the Impeccable composition, fantastic dept of field to the loveliest natural colors.
Fantastic photo of this lady. What a great difference with the male which is totally blue and black. I think you took this photo in a bird park or something like that.
Good quality in the bird. The BG is a bit noisy.
Excellent colours, sharpness, details, DOF and composition.

Excellent picture of this honeycreeper.
The detail is fantastic and the colours are lovely. Good composition and a nicely blurred background.
Great capture and TFS

I must agree with Peter on the background being noisy but in spite of that this is a lovely bird with delicate and most beautiful features, one definitely being that tiny blotch of purple feathers on its cheek. The Purple Honeycreeper is indeed a pretty bird with lovely qualities, and it the female is as good-looking as this, I can only but imagine how beautiful bird the male is. Just love the different shades of dull greens not only in the plumage but of the paws as well, and the shiny curved, sharp edged beak. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
Fantastic capture, well composed, with very nice colours and sharpness. This photo could be perfect if you can reduce some noise of the background (easy to do in PP). Have a nice sunday,
P.S. I think you made a mistake with the location... Taken on Trinidad not in Canada... :)
