hello friends, here it is a new photo,
she has a kind of insect on her beak

from the All About Birds website

« You can find Red-winged Blackbirds in the
breeding season by visiting cattail marshes
and other wetlands, or simply by watching
telephone wires on a drive through the country.
Where there’s standing water and vegetation,
Red-winged Blackbirds are likely to be one of
the most common birds you see and hear.

Listen for the male’s conk-la-lee! song.
In winter, search through mixed-species
blackbird flocks and be careful not to
overlook the streaky, brown females,
which can sometimes resemble a sparrow. »

Hello Asbed,
Even with DSLR equipment this would be regarded as a good in-flight shot of a female Red-winged Blackbird, but with a compact this is phenomenal!
The sharpness, wing position, lighting including catchlight in the eye, blurred natural BG are all superb thanks to your skillful timing and panning technique.
Well done, thanks and have a good Sunday,

Great Red-winged Blackbird captured if full fly!
I like the details and colors.

Magnífica escena Asbed, y además de un gran dinamismo gracias a lo bien que manejaste la cámara en el momento del disparo. Buena la luz y el encuadre.
Saludos: J. Ignasi.

Ciao Asbed, fantastic dynamic composition, splendid light and colors, wonderful natural ambientation, very well done my friend, ciao Silvio

Hallo Asbed,
a splendid capture of the Red-winged Blackbird in-flight with a good panning, bright colours, excellent POV and nice composition.
Best regards

Hello Asbed,
What I can say ...? awesome! ... loud! ... a perfect bird, with the perfect backdrop! ... and carrying this insect in its beak, makes it even more natural!
TFS, regards, happy week MF!

Bonjour Asbed,

Bonjour Asbed,
Nice in-flight shot, I really like this one. The bird as a subject isn't small compared to the whole image, while the background's greatly blurred. Did You move the camera horizontally on the tripod meanwhile photographing? I ask this because from the panning effect on the bg it seems like you did. Absolutely great job, congrats and tfs.
Friendly regards, László
