[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Folks , today I have this image of a meadow-hawk dragonfly. Happily dragonfly season is getting into swing here which is of coarse a good thing , not only for my camera , but to help stem the high populations of mosquitoes , a job that this fierce aerial hunter is expert at. The dragonflies effect on mosquitoes does not begin once they are airborne , the dragonfly larvae also consume the larvae of mosquitoes , now that the dragonflies are starting to emerge their assault is on two fronts.

thanks for having a look
