Nice close-up with excellent sharpness. I have the same lens than you have but my extender is a Sigma 1.4x. I have to try it to see if I can get similar results. Good sharpness, excellent exposure, nice saturated and apparently accurate colors. Nice work and TFS.

There are many kinds of Tussock Moth Caterpillars and this particular one of yours the( Rusty Tussock Moth) is one of the most attractive. You have done a fine job of photographing it so others may view it's unusual yet beautiful appearance.
